This year’s convention will take place from October 3-5 at the Hotel Arts, and we’re offering a full lineup of exciting activities. Whether you’re attending board meetings or exploring the city, there’s something for everyone!

Friday, October 3
Morning: Breakout educational sessions & guest speakers
Lunchtime: CPCF Luncheon with an opening flag ceremony and SOC guest speaker
Evening: Western Theme Dinner & Dance with live music!
Saturday, October 4
Morning: CPCF/CPC AGMs
Afternoon: Awards Luncheon
Evening: President’s Ball
Sunday, October 5
Morning: Pickup banners & farewells
Special Activities for Non-Board Attendees:
If you’re not attending the board meetings, consider exploring Calgary’s vibrant culture:
- Visit the National Music Centre
- Go horseback riding in the Alberta Foothills
- Play a Round of Golf
- After dark, head to Ranchman’s Honky-Tonk for 2-step lessons and cold beer!

We’re excited to offer Hotel Arts as our base for the convention. This stunning venue has set aside four floors exclusively for our guests!
Room Rates (Oct 1 – Oct 6, 2025):
Luxury Two Queens (single/double occupancy): $209.00
Luxury One King (single/double occupancy): $209.00
Luxury King Suite (single/double occupancy): $259.00
Additional Adults (18+): $30 per person per night
Cancellation Policy: 24 hours prior to check-in
Parking: Complimentary for registered guests

We’re offering a variety of pre- and post-convention activities:
Thursday, October 2: Mini golf tournament, horseback trail ride in the Canadian Rockies, tour of Studio Bell (National Music Centre)
Sunday, October 6: Full-day bus tour of Banff National Park

Important Hotel Information:
Accessible Rooms: Two fully accessible rooms available. Additional accessible hardware upon request.
Connecting Rooms: Five sets of connecting rooms (Luxury King Suite with Two Queen configuration). Requests should be made in advance.
Parking: Underground parking with a height restriction of 6’9″ (some areas reduce to 6’7″). Unrestricted outdoor parking is also available.
